Terms and Conditions for Logo Design Services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in our logo design services, you (the Client) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with our services.
2. Services Provided
We will provide the Client with a logo design in the following formats:
– PDF
– JPEG
– PNG
We will also provide a higher resolution version of the logo at no additional cost.
3. Source Files
The Client acknowledges and agrees that we do not provide source files (e.g., .ai, .psd, .eps). The final deliverables will be limited to the formats specified above.
4. Design Process
a. Initial Consultation: We will have an initial consultation to understand the Client’s requirements, preferences, and objectives for the logo design.
b. Revisions: The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions (as agreed upon at the start of the project). Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.
c. Final Approval: Once the Client approves the final design, the logo will be delivered in the specified formats.
5. Ownership and Rights
a. Design Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the final logo design. However, the rights to the design’s source files remain with us.
b. Usage Rights: The Client is granted usage rights for the logo in various media and formats for their business purposes.
c. Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display the final logo in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Payment Terms
a. Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required before commencement of the project.
b. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon final approval of the logo design and before delivery of the final files.
c. Payment Methods: We accept payments via NEFT, Gpay, Paytm, cash, cheque.
7. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all Client information confidential and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties, except as required by law.
8. Revisions and Alterations
Revisions beyond the agreed-upon number or substantial alterations to the final design will be charged at our standard hourly rate or as per a mutually agreed fee.
9. Limitation of Liability
a. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the final logo design.
b. Our total liability for any claim related to the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for those services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Client in writing and will become effective upon such notification.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
